Appeals

If you are dissatisfied with the decision of the panel about your approval you can appeal. We can send you a full procedure on how to go about this.You will arrange to meet with the panel chair within 14 days of receiving the written decision. Your assessing social worker will support you through this.

The appeal of decision can go ahead only if there has been an error of fact or an issue of discrimination.
