Complaints

We hope that everyone will be happy living with Time Out Fostering Carers, and with our social workers. This includes all children and young people living with the carers whether they are fostered or not. However if there are times when you feel you have been dealt with unfairly you might want to make a complaint. We aim to take all complaints seriously and want you to tell us if you have a problem. We will be on your side when you tell us about a complaint.

You should have guidelines for making complaints in the ‘Children’s Handbook’ or in the ‘Foster Carers Handbook’. Please ask for help if you need it.

If you want to complain about your carer or someone else living with you ring 01273 467530 and ask for either Judy, Joan, Jeremy or Alison or your social worker.

If you want to complain about your school, social worker or anything else then talk to your foster carer who will help you make the complaint.
